Shipping Policy
Faster 1 day delivery options are available and can be availed subject to availability and need to confirmed by the company. For the same the consumer needs to contact the company and inform the same.

Standard delivery timeline is 5 – 7 days but we try our best to make sure that the package is delivered at the earliest.

Refund Policy
The Monk warrants their sunglasses against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship for the period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover: scratches on sun lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the prescription lenses.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your account via NEFT, within 7 to 10 working days.

Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
